Mylivio FAQ

It sometimes happens that the mail with the password ended up in your Spam folder. This problem might also be due to a misspelled address when registering. please check that the email has not been classified as Spam and if the email address you indicated when registering is correct.

That is probably due to the capital letters in the password: please make sure you type them correctly. The best way is certainly to copy-paste the password from the email we sent you originally, by paying attention not to paste a space at the end of the password.

1. It is necessary that you deactivate your button (by clicking on « deactivate your button »)

Your contacts can’t reach you anymore and the following message is displayed «failed call (code 400) »

This error is due to the fact that you have already received on your number the maximum total of 1 hour of communication which are allocated per user per week.

We carry calls to French numbers only for the moment: other international numbers are not accepted. We are planning on removing this limit quite shortly.

7. Save Changes.
8. While writing your emails, check that you write with the "rich text" option on. The "plain text" option link must then be visible on the top right-hand corner of the new email.
